Privacy & your photos
What you share with us
We collect the photos and project notes you submit, messages you send in chat or through our forms, and contact details you provide when requesting help or a free estimate. You can explore deck designs without giving your name or contact details.
How we use it
We use this information to create deck previews, answer questions, arrange visits, and help our team understand your project. Authorised team members can review chat conversations, including chats without a booking, to answer enquiries and improve the assistant. They can also review your original photo, designs, chosen image, and related messages for your estimate visit.
Services that help us
Trusted service providers help us operate the website, protect it from spam, and process design images and chat messages. Photos and chat content are sent to AI providers when you use those features. These providers also apply their own privacy and retention policies. Please avoid sharing sensitive information unrelated to your deck project.
When you ask about service coverage, we may look up the town or ZIP code you provide using a mapping service. We do not need your full street address for that check.
Keeping your information
Website requests, photos, and chat records are normally retained for up to 30 days. Routine deletion may take additional time. Information needed to manage an agreed project, resolve a request, or meet legal obligations may be kept longer. Downloaded project records and service-provider copies may follow different retention periods.
Your choices
We use essential cookies to remember your session and connect your design to your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion by using our contact form or calling (314) 464-0540.
Booking and follow-up
Submitting your details allows our team to respond about your project. A preferred visit time is a request until our team confirms it. The chatbot is an automated assistant; it can help submit a request, but it cannot make a construction commitment or final quote.
